Ashtanga Yoga is the same sequence every time, with lots of stretching and strength work. Mysore style has you practising at your own pace, with a teacher coming to assist as necessary. You should ideally have attended a number of led ashtanga classes before attending a Mysore class.
Flexible timing - attend for up to 90 minutes - you are free to come and go at any point between the official start and end class times of the class you've booked.
N.B Pre-booking is essential for this class. Please note that payments/credits used on reservations where you fail to attend or cancel with less than 10 hours notice are non-refundable, as it is unlikely that we will be able to fill the space at that late stage. Thank you for your understanding.
This class is not suitable if you are new to yoga or if you struggle with wrist, shoulder or blood pressure problems.
